This evening gown is produced in limited quantities in specialized workshops. Due to the nature of the product, its delicate, single-use structure, and hygiene requirements, returns are not accepted. Items showing signs of use, odor (perfume, etc.), stains, or deformation cannot be exchanged. Size and/or color exchanges are only possible for unused items with all tags intact.
Your shipments will be delivered free of charge within 2-3 days by Aras cargo.
You can request a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order, if it is not used.
You can deliver the product you want to return or exchange to Aras Cargo with the code given to you by our company. You can submit your name, surname, return reason and return request in writing inside your cargo package.
